Guys I haven’t written in about a month – & I felt so bad! Things have been crazy for me these past few weeks in EVERY area of life – work, family, personally – but I’m finally starting to feel back on track. 😊
So, today that’s what I want to talk about. Getting back on track. We’re always told ‘just get back on track’ like it’s the easiest thing to do. But sometimes it’s just hard. & confusing. Like, where do you start?
I’m not sure why, but these past few weeks I’ve been so focused on self-love. As women, we tend to put everything before us, and I’m starting to realize the value in putting myself first in certain situations. We give to our partners, kids, jobs, families, etc. and use whatever’s left of us to keep going. & it isn’t always enough. We end up so close to empty operating this way.
